I'm Dennis Adamson, owner and supervisor. I come to this new funeral chapel with over 35 years of experience in funeral service. I was born and raised in DuBois, and I am ready to serve families in our independently-owned funeral chapel. Supported by my 30 years of marriage and our children, I know that family is important. This funeral chapel was built with family in mind.

Three factors were implemented during the construction of the funeral chapel.

First, convenience was essential for handicap and elderly visitors. Our building is completely handicapped accessible, from the level parking lot to the restrooms, visitors will not find one step. Also, we have a canopy entrance making it convenient to drop off passengers at the front door keeping them out of any inclement weather.

Secondly, a peaceful, calming interior design was selected. The combination of the beautiful, calm colors and matching furniture gives visitors the feeling of a home atmosphere.

Lastly, the spacious rooms allow families plenty of room to visit with family and friends. The entryway is the gateway to two viewing rooms, chapel, arrangement/casket room, restrooms, and family lounge making for a non-crowded, beautiful tribute to their loved one.

The Adamson Funeral Chapel and Crematorium makes it a priority that everything possible be done for families during their time of loss.
